Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Orders delivered in the state of California are subject to 7.75% sales tax. If billing and shipping addresses differ, we may ask to contact your credit-card company.
Our Products
Many of the products featured are hand-made, one of a kind and/or antique. Wear and/or imperfections are to be expected for these items and are in no way considered flaws. Every effort has been made to accurately represent each item. However, as every computer monitor varies the actual color of the item may appear differently on your computer. We offer complimentary signature gift wrap of a white box /paper with MAISON K sticker and ribbon.
Shipping Policy
We ship all our packages via USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders usually ship out in 1 to 5 business days. A number of our products are hand crafted and some pieces may not be immediately available and may take longer. We will contact you in the event of a delay. Shipping charges are for orders shipped within the U.S. and are calculated during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply to larger items and will be noted. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE or AP addresses and any territory outside the continental U.S.
Damaged Goods
Damage claims must be made within 5 business days by telephone or email. All original packing material and boxes must be kept in order to process claims.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your online purchase. If you aren’t, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Gift returns are for store credit only. Returns postmarked after 10 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Send goods insured and in original condition with your name, address, telephone and email address and request to MAISON K 1159 Coast Village Road Santa Barbara, CA 93108.
